The woman in the pictures below is Lucy Sunday, a widow with 3 children (2 boys and a girl) from Akwa Ibom State.
The boys are 10 and 6 years old, while the girl is 18.
Lucy was a fresh fish seller, and unfortunately; her business crumbled.
She is currently living in an unfortunate condition, very close to a public toilet in Oluwa's Compound, Amadi Ama Community in Port Harcourt Local Government Area.
The rainy season will soon be here and this will turn to a messy marsh land.
Lucy Sunday needs N150,000 (a hundred and fifty thousand naira) to secure a 1 bedroom flat for a year and some money to get a foam and start a business to enable her pay her subsequent rent and bills.
We were able to raise the funds from over 20 donors. We have gotten her a one bedroom flat and starting a business for her.
